Functionality of ITP15-M:

  • 10 segments three-color indicator.
  • Universal input: Supports direct connection of resistance thermometers, thermocouples, pressure sensors, humidity sensors, level sensors, etc. (For more details on the characteristics of measurement sensors, refer to the sensor specifications.)
  • Three-color indication: Configurable according to required thresholds.
  • Operating modes: Continuous indication of the measured parameter in red and green, similar to the ITP15-M.
  • Alarm indication: Triggered by signal interruption or when measurements exceed specified limits.
  • Output device: For signaling or control with 200 mA and 42 V.
  • Power supply: From an external DC voltage source of 10...30 V.
  • Design features:
    • Mounts into a 22 mm hole.
    • Removable screw terminals.
    • Operating temperature range: -40 to +60 °C.
    • Enclosure protection rating: IP65 from the front panel.

Display operation

Settings related to display color and indicator border changes are only available through the Owen Configurator program when connecting the ITP15-M via USB!

Typical applications with quality parameter display and color change from normal signal level (green) to warning (yellow) and critical (red) are related to the following conditions:

  • Decrease in signal to a critical level.
  • Increase in signal to a critical level.
  • Deviations from the normal level towards critical decrease or critical increase.

Let's consider an example of the ITP15-M indicator operation and color signaling when the level deviates from the normal level. Five states are defined: normal level, non-critical deviation, and emergency level. Each state has its own indicator color.

The ITP15-M indicator setup allows for the configuration of any user-defined color change thresholds and the corresponding colors within the signal measurement range. The only rule is that the threshold values for each subsequent color zone must be greater than the previous threshold.
