DAQ Factory Provides The Tools You Need To Create Your HMI / SCADA Application With Ease
DAQFactory Base offers all the basic features of an HMI / SCADA software tool including data acquisition from a wide range of devices (limited to 64 I/O points), data logging to ASCII and binary files, unlimited user definable screens with 44 screen components, powerful graphing and trending, PID loop control plus Email and FTP out.
If you have a small application with less then 64 I/O points or need PID control and don't need the advanced features of DAQFactory Pro, then DAQFactory Base is your solution. Plus, if your system grows, you can always upgrade.

- Any computer capable of running Windows XP or newer, either 32 or 64 bit versions. We suggest at least a Pentium 90, and preferably much more. The program is designed to be responsive even under processor strain, however, the refresh rate of graphs and images will be greatly reduced on slower processors.
- 100 Meg of free hard disk space.
- Enough memory to run the operating system plus a minimum of 100 meg on top of that. Generally, the more you have, the more you will be able to take advantage of DAQFactory's capabilities. The exact memory requirements on many factors, but in general, DAQFactory is not usually a memory hog.
- Video capable of 800x600 resolution. 1024 x 768 is strongly suggested. If DAQFactory is only going to be used as an HMI, it is possible to setup the DAQFactory screens on one computer and transfer the file to another computer that may not be able to achieve 800 x 600. In this case, DAQFactory will operate at almost any resolution. We suggest running in Runtime mode for this application.
- Windows XP SP 3 or newer, which includes XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. Both 32 and 64 bit versions are supported. Vista is not recommended. You cannot run the program on Windows 95, NT 4.0, NT 3.51, CE, 98, Me, 2000, or any other lesser version of Windows.
- Internet Explorer version 6 or greater must be installed for the help system.

RETURNS

Return window 14 days from dispatch date.
Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

WARRANTY
How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
Standard warranty All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
