TCG210-4 is a battery-powered temperature and humidity data logger with 4G cellular network. Real-time data and charts of temperature, humidity and dew point can be monitored with a standard web browser. BATTERY NOT INCLUDED!
TCG210-4 is a battery-powered 4G temperature and humidity data logger. It is built for IoT and logistics applications that demand reliable data delivery and extended autonomous operation. The device communicates over HTTP/HTTPS APIs, periodically transmitting a status file in JSON and the most recent records in CSV format to a remote server.
Power is supplied by a non-rechargeable Lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) battery that enables several months of use without maintenance.
TCG210-4 is suitable for temperature and humidity monitoring in sensitive shipments such as pharmaceuticals, food, and other perishable goods. It can also serve as a stand-alone data logger in warehouses, greenhouses, and other controlled environments requiring accurate and consistent climate tracking.
The device automatically connects to the cellular network and securely transmits readings to the cloud at defined intervals. Integration is straightforward through the HTTP/HTTPS interface, while the wide operating range from −20 to 60 °C and 10 to 90% RH (non-condensing) ensures stable performance in both cold-chain and ambient storage conditions.

Faulty Goods and Warranty
Where such goods have been supplied we undertake to repair or replace them as quickly as possible.Prior to returning faulty items, please contact us with a description of the fault as one of our engineers might be able to assist you by resolving the issue over the phone.
A Warranty form must be filled out and returned with any goods.
Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or was not substantially contributed to by other factors beyond our control including incorrect installation, alterations or modifications of the product not recommended by the manufacturer.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our goods you may return them within 14 days of the dispatch date. Contact us for an authorisation and we will refund your purchase less shipping costs and restocking fees. All returned goods MUST be in AS NEW condition including ALL PACKAGING and DOCUMENTATION / MANUALS etc.

- The product returned will attract a 20% restocking fee.
- The customer must pay the delivery costs.
- Non standard, custom made or a specially manufactured or imported products are not returnable.
