TH500A (HNC-060) Communication Converter (USB Flash Drive)

The EM310 is a memory storage and communication converter specifically for the TH500 (HNC-060) and 300 series, designed for data logging. It can connect via RS232, and has 32 MB of internal memory, with room for a USB flash drive.
You can save the data to USB memory stick in real time after connecting the main body (TH500 (HNC-060), TH300, TD500, TS500) and EM310 (data storage device) by RS232C communication. It is a storage device that can store data also without USB memory stick (limited to 32mb) to the internal non-volatile memory (however, TD500 and TH300 only support RS232 products).

Return window 14 days from dispatch date.
Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
Standard warranty All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
