H685 4G router is a 4G cellular serial server and Ethernet and Wi-Fi gateway. It can act as an RS-232 serial cable replacement over the mobile phone network or as a serial server on the internet. It also shares the cellular internet connection out over an RJ45 port and Wi-Fi.
The E-Lins H685W cellular Router is designed to establish a 4G cellular and Wi-Fi wireless network and share a cellular internet connection. The H685W Cellular Router enables users to quickly create a secure Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) network and provide access to the internet using a cellular network. By connecting to the cellular mobile network; an internet connection can be accessed and shared virtually anywhere within a wireless broadband network.
NOTE: this router does not support Band 28.
The router can share the cellular internet connection out its standard RJ45 Ethernet ports or a WIFi network.
The router can also act as an RS-232 serial server. The serial port can be forwarded to a computer connected anywhere on the internet. Two routers can be configured as a serial cable replacement, sending data over the mobile phone network.
The router can connect to common VPN protocols, allowing secure access to the WiFi network and serial server features. It can also be configured to update common dynamic DNS services when its IP address changes.

Note: These devices do not come with a SIM card. Some functions, like acting as a serial server open to the internet require a SIM card with a publicly routable IP address. Most SIM cards do not have this feature by default, though some carriers can change regular SIM card account settings to give you the option. Telstra cards usually use the telstra.internet APN. You'll want your account to have the "GPTEXB3" option, and use the telstra.extranet APN.

Return window 14 days from dispatch date.
Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
