The N1200HC is an advanced self-adaptive Heating and Cooling PID controller with an algorithm that constantly monitors the process performance and adjusts PID settings in order to always obtain the best possible control response.
The N1200HC is an extraordinarily versatile process controller. It accepts in a single model virtually all the sensors and signals used in the industry and provides the main output types required for the operation of diverse processes. The configuration can be performed directly on the controller or through the USB interface. The NConfig software (free) is the configuration management tool. Connected to the USB of a Windows computer, the controller is recognized as a serial communications port (COM) running with a Modbus RTU protocol. The free QuickTune software allows elaborate setups to be saved and passed on to other equipment with precision, ease and speed. The QuickTune software also provides a description of each configuration parameter serving as a manual operator and thus facilitating the understanding of the devices. QuickTune can be downloaded from Novus's website at www.novusautomation.com.
All controller parameters can be accessed from the front panel without performing any hardware change.
The multi-purpose inputs and outputs can be combined to provide tremendous versatility with extremely high accuracy in the most demanding applications.
