The ToughSonic 50 ultrasonic sensor has a maximum range of 15.2 meters. Like all ToughSonic sensors, it’s built for durability and ease of use in tough industrial environments. It’s fully submersible, corrosion resistant, shock resistant ultrasonic sensors are housed in 316 stainless steel and all around tough. It’s also fully configurable with our SenixVIEW software. ToughSonic 50s include our famous “Teach†feature for push button configuration. This compact sensor is used around the world on remote liquid level systems, heavy equipment, factory automation applications and more. This is Senix's most popular sensor.

ToughSonic 50s are available in three different housings, each with a RS-485 serial interfaces (RS-232 optional). These 9-wire sensors allow up to six simultaneous serial, analog and/or switch outputs. These workhorse sensors are used around the world in remote liquid level applications and harsh factory environment The sensor is equipped with 2 m of cable but other lengths can be ordered as an optional extra. A plastic bracket is included with each sensor

  • PVC Model. The 2.5 inch PVC Model of the ToughSonic 50 (TSPC-25P) is also available. This model has the same solid state electronics, ruggedized piezoelectric transducer, permanently attached, 9-wire cable and full epoxy potting of the other ToughSonic 50s, but packaged in a 2.5 inch PVC housing with 2.5 inch NPT threading on either end for tank level applications.

Faulty Goods and Warranty

Where such goods have been supplied we undertake to repair or replace them as quickly as possible.Prior to returning faulty items, please contact us with a description of the fault as one of our engineers might be able to assist you by resolving the issue over the phone.
A Warranty form must be filled out and returned with any goods.

Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or was not substantially contributed to by other factors beyond our control including incorrect installation, alterations or modifications of the product not recommended by the manufacturer.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our goods you may return them within 14 days of the dispatch date. Contact us for an authorisation and we will refund your purchase less shipping costs and restocking fees. All returned goods MUST be in AS NEW condition including ALL PACKAGING and DOCUMENTATION / MANUALS etc.

Please note:

  • The product returned will attract a 20% restocking fee.
  • The customer must pay the delivery costs.
  • Non standard, custom made or a specially manufactured or imported products are not returnable.
  • Semiconductors, books and software are not refundable
