M30 Shielded Capacitive Proximity Sensor | 15mm Detection, NPN
M30 4-wire shielded capacitive proximity sensor, NPN style normally open and normally closed outputs, 10 to 30 V DC, 15 mm sensing distance
Capacitive proximity sensors switch in the presence of metallic and non-metallic objects. These sensors can detect almost any liquids and solids. A small control on the back of the sensor adjusts the triggering threshold. These sensors take 10 to 30 V DC and have both normally open and normally closed NPN-type outputs. The rear of the sensor has an LED indicator that lights when the sensor is triggered.
The sensor has an 30 mm diameter threaded body, allowing easy mounting and adjustment. 15 mm sensing distance.
Please note if you are intending to use these sensors to switch an inductive load, please refer to the "Inductive Load Switching Protection" file, before you begin wiring up your inductive load to the sensor.
