TxIsoRail Isolated DIN Mount 4-20mA Module
Fully isolated DIN rail mount signal conditioner takes thermocouples, Pt100 sensors, 0 to 50 mV or 0 to 10 V in and outputs 4 to 20 mA. Programmable zero and span. Loop powered.
The TxRail modules are a family of DIN rail mount 4 to 20 mA signal conditioners which can be used for the most common temperature applications. One single model can be configured to accept several thermocouple types and Pt100 RTD temperature sensors as well as accepting 0 to 50 mV, 0 to 10 V, 0 to 20 mA and 4 to 20 mA signals.
Note: Using the 0 to 10 V input requires moving a jumper inside the unit.
The input type, zero and span are configured using a USB TxConfig Interface Cable (not included) and the Windows TxConfigurator software.
We can program the modules in small quantities for a small fee if you don't wish to purchase the TxConfig Interface cable.

- Programming software comes with the TxRail units, but requires either a serial or USB programming cable. The latest version of the TXConfig software can also be downloaded directly from the Novus website.

PC interface: TxConfig windows based software
Sensor failure protection: Programmable burnout upscale or downscale

Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
Standard warranty All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
