Milesight VS121, based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, is an AI workplace sensor designed to monitor occupancy & utilisation in modern workspace, which can reach up to 95% recognition rate. With the ability to sense from up to more than 78 m2, few sensors are needed to cover the same area, decreasing the deploy costs for users. Only counter values are transmitted over LoRaWAN® network, which can prevent the privacy concerns. Based on standard LoRaWAN® protocol, VS121 can work with Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and mainstream LoRaWAN® network servers. With easy installation, VS121 sensor has great use in shops, malls, offices, exhibitions, etc. Milesight VS121 sensors are equipped with Wi-Fi for easy configuration without any configuration tools.

Return window 14 days from dispatch date.
Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
