Load Cell 3 mV/V Panel Meter with 2 Relays, Analog Output, RS-485 24VDC
5 Digit Panel Meter for 3 mV/V Load Cells. 20 mm tall LED digits. 2 relays for alarms. 4 to 20 mA output and RS-485 for system integration. 24VDC powered.
This economical 5 digit indicator suits load cells with 3 mV/V output. It provides 10 V excitation for 4-wire load cells. Two 7 A, SPDT relays can be set as alarms when the value exceeds or falls below alarm trip points. A 15-bit 4 to 20 mA analog output allows the meter to act as a load cell signal conditioner. An RS-485 connection allows a PLC or PC speaking Modbus RTU to poll the meter and read the current display value or change configuration settings. Connections at the rear of the unit activate zero (tare), maximum and display hold functions.
