The Journey of your order
Friday, October 10, 2025
Most of your orders come to us via our website. Our orders team monitors the website so that we can process orders throughout the day. But normally, we get our largest number of orders overnight. Once the order has been processed into our accounting system, it’s time to collect the items for your order.
Our warehouse is located at Carrum Downs, where we try to keep at least 1-3 of each of our in-stock items on the shelf. If the item is out of stock, we add it to a list so that our purchasing team can see that it is needed ASAP. Some of these items will be coming in from overseas, so they can take a few weeks to come in.
From there, items are securely packed with anti-static bubble wrap and environmentally friendly, biodegradable pellets. It’s like a game of Tetris where we pack the boxes in a way that saves space while also making sure your items will be safe along their journey.

In the late morning, our team switches from packing to labelling so that these parcels will be ready for courier and post pick-ups in the early afternoon. Most of our customers decide to ship with Australia Post Express Post, which will travel interstate by air and aim to deliver in the next business day or so. Couriers such as TNT and Couriers Please are also available should customers need them.
Once the packages are labelled, we scan their tracking information into our system so it can be easily looked up using your order or invoice number. We also send out an email with the invoice and tracking number, so make sure you check your junk mail filters if you do not receive this email. From there, the packages are made ready to be collected by our friends at Australia Post or courier pick-up drivers. From there, the packages are out of our control, but we have done all we can to make sure that those packages are safe and secure for the journey and will arrive with you promptly.
