The SDP4025D Solid State Relay from iBest is a panel mounting solid state relay that offers 15-32 VDC input control, with the output rated at 25 A @ 12-480VDC . It provides >2000 VAC opto-isolation between input and output. Comes with cover to minimize contact with live voltages. Input or output LED indication
Please note Solid State Relays generally need heatsinks to prevent damage.
When design for dispersing heat, ambient temperature、circulation conditions (such as natural cooling, fan cooling) and SSR installation density should be taken into account. SSR of 2A~5A don't generally need a heatsink; SSR ＜ 10A to work long time only need to install flat metal piece with good dispersing heat; SSR ＞ 10A need to configure related heatsink, but should be cooled by fan when ＞60 ℃.
