Stepper Drivers (Open Loop)

The Leadshine MX3660 is a high performance 3-axis stepper drive with built-in breakout board and I/O based on the latest DSP technology.

The 3DM2283 stepper drive adopts advanced features like electrical damping, anti-resonance, start-up smoothing, multi-stepping. With the input voltage of 90 - 230 VAC / 115 - 325 VDC and output current of 2.10 - 11.7 A, it is capable of driving a wide range of 3-phase stepper motors with high precision at extra smoothness, quietness, and very low motor heating.

The DM2282 is a high voltage. versatile stepper driver with advanced control algorithm. It is able to power 2 phase and 4 phase stepper motors from NEMA 34 to NEMA 51. It can provide up to 8.2A, operating at 240VAC. 

The DM322E open loop stepper driver is able to power 2 phase (1.8°) and 4 phase (0.9°) stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can provide up to 2.2 A, operating at 12-30 VDC.

DM442 fully digital microstepping stepper motor driver with anti-resonance tuning. Automatic or computer-driven tuning. 20 to 40 VDC powered with output current up to 4.2 A peak.

DM556 fully digital microstepping stepper motor driver with anti-resonance tuning. Automatic or computer-driven tuning. 20 to 50 VDC powered with output current up to 5.6 A peak.

DM556E fully digital microstepping stepper motor driver with anti-resonance tuning. Automatic or computer-driven tuning. 18 to 50 VDC powered with output current up to 5.6 A peak.

The DM805-AI is a stepper motor driver with 0 to 5 VDC analog input for speed control. 18 to 80 VDC powered, with current up to 7.0 A peak.

DM870 fully digital microstepping stepper motor driver with anti-resonance tuning. Automatic or computer-driven tuning. 20 to 80 VDC powered with output current up to 7.0 A peak.

The DMA860E is a digital stepper drive with simple design and easy setup. Operating voltage of 18-80VAC or 24-110VDC and it can output up to 7.2A current making it suitable for NEMA 23, 24, 34 and 42 stepper motors.

The DMA882S-IO is an open loop digital stepper drive. It is designed to run at set speeds using a Run signal and Direction Signal. Speed is adjusted by DIP switches Operating voltage of 20-80VAC or 30-110VDC and it can output up to 8.2A current making it suitable for NEMA 23, 24, 34 and 42 stepper motors

The DMA882S is a digital stepper drive with simple design and easy setup. Operating voltage of 20-80VAC or 30-110VDC and it can output up to 8.2A current making it suitable for NEMA 23, 24, 34 and 42 stepper motors

The EM2RS-556 is a Modbus (RS485) control open loop stepper driver, able to power 2 phase stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can provide up to 5.6 A, operating at 20-50 VDC.

The EM2RS-A882 is a Modbus (RS485) control open loop stepper driver, able to power 2 phase stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can provide up to  8.2A, operating at 30-110VDC.

The EM402 is an advanced stepper motor driver with features including electrical damping, anti-resonance, start-up smoothing, multi-stepping and sensorless stall detection. 20 to 40 VDC powered with output current up to 2.2 A peak.

The EM415S open loop stepper driver is able to power 2 phase (1.8°) and 4 phase (0.9°) stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can provide up to 1.5 A, operating at 18-36 VDC.

The EM422S open loop stepper driver is able to power 2 phase (1.8°) and 4 phase (0.9°) stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can provide up to 2.2 A, operating at 18-36 VDC.

The EM402 is an advanced stepper motor driver with features including electrical damping, anti-resonance, start-up smoothing, multi-stepping and sensorless stall detection. 20 to 48 VDC powered with output current up to 4.2 A peak.

The EM542S open loop stepper driver is able to power 2 phase (1.8°) and 4 phase (0.9°) stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can provide up to 4.2 A, operating at 20-50 VDC.

New - The EM556S from Leadshine is able to power 2 phase (1.8°) and 4 phase (0.9°) stepper motors smoothly with very low motor heating & noise. It can take 20-50VDC supply voltage and output 1.8 to 5.6A (4.0A RMS) current.

The EM806 is an advanced stepper motor driver with features including electrical damping, anti-resonance, start-up smoothing, multi-stepping and sensor-less stall detection. 20 to 80 VDC powered with output current up to 8.2 A peak.

The SMC-033 is not recommended for new designs. Please consider the newer SMC-057

Part of Leadshine's latest EM-CAN series the EMA882-CAN is a stepper motor drive with CANopen communication bus supporting standard CiA 301/402 protocol, and compatible with most popular CANopen master controllers available on the current market. 20 to 80 VDC powered with output current up to 8.2 A peak.

The ZTC-020 is the aprropriate communication device (sold separately) for this driver.
