The ToughSonic CHEM 20 is an ultrasonic sensor designed for measurement applications involving corrosive chemical liquids or gasses, but it is an excellent choice for benign materials as well. With a maximum range of 20 feet (6.1 meters), it is the mid-range option within the ToughSonic CHEM sensor family. The sensor is sealed in a PVDF (Kynar®) housing. ultrasonic sensors are chemically resistantIt’s fully submersible, chemical resistant and shock resistant. The ToughSonic CHEM 20 has a permanently attached, potted-in-place 9-wire cable that allows up to six simultaneous serial, analog and/or switch outputs. It’s fully configurable with SenixVIEW configuration and analysis software.

Manufacturer Model LVL-300-485 comes with 0-10V output, 4-20mA outputs, Open Collector outputs and RS485 Modbus RTU interface. The sensor is equipped with 2 m of cable but other lengths can be ordered as an optional extra.

Faulty Goods and Warranty
Where such goods have been supplied we undertake to repair or replace them as quickly as possible.Prior to returning faulty items, please contact us with a description of the fault as one of our engineers might be able to assist you by resolving the issue over the phone.
A Warranty form must be filled out and returned with any goods.
Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our goods you may return them within 14 days of the dispatch date. Contact us for an authorisation and we will refund your purchase less shipping costs and restocking fees. All returned goods MUST be in AS NEW condition including ALL PACKAGING and DOCUMENTATION / MANUALS etc.
Please note:
- The product returned will attract a 20% restocking fee.
- The customer must pay the delivery costs.
- Non standard, custom made or a specially manufactured or imported products are not returnable.
- Semiconductors, books and software are not refundable
