TxBlock-USB Non Isolated Head Mount Module 4-20mA
Head mount signal conditioner takes thermocouples, Pt100 sensors or 0 to 50 mV in and outputs 4 to 20 mA. Programmable zero and span via micro USB interface. Loop powered.
The TxBlock modules are a family of head mount 4 to 20 mA signal conditioners which can be used for the most common temperature applications. One single model can be configured to accept several thermocouple types and Pt100 RTD temperature sensors as well as accepting a 0 to 50 mV signal.

- Programmable burnout upscale or downscale sensor failure protection
- Sensor break detection according to NAMUR NE43 recommendations
Programming software comes with the TxBlock units, but requires a USB programming cable. The latest version of the TXConfigII software can also be downloaded directly from the Novus website.
TxBlock-USB can also be programmed by Android devices. The TxDroid Config can be downloaded from Google Play store for free.
Note: We can program the modules in small quantities for a small fee.

Return window 14 days from dispatch date.
Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
