Cabled Vantage Pro2 Integrated Sensor Suite
Cabled integrated sensor suite collects weather data and sends it to the cabled Vantage Pro2 console or weather Envoy.
Dear customer, please note that we can not ship Davis Instrument weather stations/parts outside Australia.
The Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) collects outside weather data and sends the data to a cabled Vantage Pro2 console or Weather Envoy.
The standard version of the ISS contains a rain collector, temperature sensor, humidity sensor and anemometer. Temperature and humidity sensors are mounted in a passive radiation shield to minimize the impact of solar radiation on sensor readings. The anemometer measures wind speed and direction and can be installed adjacent to the ISS or apart from it.
Separate solar and UV sensors are available to upgrade a standard ISS. The ISS Plus comes with these sensors mounted.
The Sensor Interface Module (SIM) contains the "brains" of the ISS. The SIM is located on the front of the radiation shield in the SIM box. The SIM collects outside weather data from the ISS sensors and then transmits the data to your Vantage Pro2 console or Weather Envoy
The Vantage Pro2 series of weather stations from Davis Instruments are high quality monitoring stations popular with education and research users. They're also fantastic stations for monitoring in agriculture and industry or for serious home weather buffs.
It comes with a 30m cable for connecting the sensor suite and envoy/console.
