RHT-Air is a fully wireless solution for measuring temperature and humidity over long distances, allowing the configuration and reading of the parameters through the wireless network up to 1 km. Applications include building management, pharmaceutical manufacture and Data Center monitoring.
The RHT-Air is a wireless transmitter that when coupled with the AirGate-Modbus provides an excellent solution for wireless monitoring of temperature, relative humidity and dew point. Through the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless interface, multiple RHT-Airs may talk to one or more AirGates, providing this way USB and RS485 communication paths to the main SCADA or building system monitoring application. The Novus Automation RHT-Air transmitter includes high precision and stability sensors for measuring temperature and relative humidity. They are microprocessor devices that can be configured via its USB and IEEE 802.15.4 interfaces with Modbus RTU commands.
The DigiConfig software allows the access to real time information during system operation. Some of the parameters that the user can check are as follow:
- Battery Level
- Wireless reception signal intensity
- Type of the wireless connection with other devices
- Temperature, relative humidity and dew point
Please Note - For dusty environments a dust cap is recommended.
