A conveniently packaged Din rail mounted AC or DC voltage input to an adjustable 4-20 mA output module. Designed for process control systems with “HAND / OFF / AUTO” applications. For example, when in “HAND” a signal anywhere between 4 mA and 20 mA needs to be forced into instrumentation equipment rather than a default 20 mA signal.
The product is also useful for system testing and commissioning applications. The product can be specified with either a 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 110 VAC or 230 VAC supply voltage. In the case of 24 VDC isolation between the supply voltage and the output is via an internal DC to DC converter. With an AC supply voltage isolation is via an internal transformer.
The output is an adjustable 4-20 mA signal, via a front mounted potentiometer. A healthy supply voltage is indicated via an illuminated green LED and a healthy output via an illuminated red LED.
