230V AC TO Adjustable 0-10VDC Output BMS (Building Management Systems) Power Supply With Remote Potentiometer Kit
A conveniently packaged Din rail mounted AC voltage to an adjustable 0-10VDC output module. Designed specifically for “HAND / OFF / AUTO” applications for BMS controller inputs, when in “HAND” a DC voltage needs to be forced into BMS input cards, but not necessarily a full 10VDC signal is required. This product can be specified with either a 24VAC, 110VAC or 230VAC primary voltage, the output voltage is an adjustable 0-10VDC via a remote 22.5mm panel mounted potentiometer. The remote potentiometer is supplied along with 3 metres of 1.5mm two core cable as a matched and calibrated kit with the output module. It is important that the integrity of the cable length is maintained and not shortened, also to maintain maximum accuracy each individual module and pot are supplied as a calibrated matched pair and are therefore are not interchangeable. A healthy AC input voltage is signalled by an illuminated green LED, and the output voltage is indicated by an increasing in intensity illuminated red LED starting at 1VDC (below 1VDC the output will be present, but without LED indication). Note this product is not designed to power “control circuits”, it is only for driving into BMS input cards, max 10mA @ 10VDC.

Faulty Goods and Warranty
Where such goods have been supplied we undertake to repair or replace them as quickly as possible.Prior to returning faulty items, please contact us with a description of the fault as one of our engineers might be able to assist you by resolving the issue over the phone.
A Warranty form must be filled out and returned with any goods.
Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or was not substantially contributed to by other factors beyond our control including incorrect installation, alterations or modifications of the product not recommended by the manufacturer.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our goods you may return them within 14 days of the dispatch date. Contact us for an authorisation and we will refund your purchase less shipping costs and restocking fees. All returned goods MUST be in AS NEW condition including ALL PACKAGING and DOCUMENTATION / MANUALS etc.
