DM2282 8.2A High Voltage Open Loop Stepper Drive
The DM2282 is a high voltage. versatile stepper driver with advanced control algorithm. It is able to power 2 phase and 4 phase stepper motors from NEMA 34 to NEMA 51. It can provide up to 8.2A, operating at 240VAC.
The DM2282 is a high voltage, versatility fully digital stepping driver based on a DSP with advanced control algorithm. It brings a unique level of system smoothness, providing optimum torque and nulls mid-range instability. Motor self-test and parameter auto-configuration technology offers optimum responses with different motors and easy-to-use. The driven motors can run with much smaller noise, lower heating, smoother movement than most of the drivers on the markets. Its unique features make the DM2282 an ideal solution for applications that require low-speed smoothness.

- Anti-Resonance provides optimal torque and nulls mid-range instability
- Motor auto-identification and parameter auto-configuration technology, offers optimal responses with different motors
- Multi-Stepping allows a low resolution step input to produce a higher microstep output, thus
offers smoother motor movement - Microstep resolutions programmable, from full-step to 51,200. It can also be set via DIP
switches. - Soft-start with no “jump” when powered on
- Supply voltage up to 230 VAC
- Output current programmable, from 0.5A to 8.2A. It can also be set via DIP switches.
- Pulse input frequency up to 200 KHz
- 5V optically isolated input
- Automatic idle-current reduction (Reduction rate can be software configured)
- Suitable for 2-phase and 4-phase motors

Where such goods have been supplied we undertake to repair or replace them as quickly as possible.Prior to returning faulty items, please contact us with a description of the fault as one of our engineers might be able to assist you by resolving the issue over the phone.
A Warranty form must be filled out and returned with any goods.
Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or was not substantially contributed to by other factors beyond our control including incorrect installation, alterations or modifications of the product not recommended by the manufacturer.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our goods you may return them within 14 days of the dispatch date. Contact us for an authorisation and we will refund your purchase less shipping costs and restocking fees. All returned goods MUST be in AS NEW condition including ALL PACKAGING and DOCUMENTATION / MANUALS etc.
Please note:
- The product returned will attract a 20% restocking fee.
- The customer must pay the delivery costs.
- Non standard, custom made or a specially manufactured or imported products are not returnable.
- Semiconductors, books and software are not refundable
