iCS series is integrated closed-loop stepper motor with 14-bit single-turn absolute encoder for smooth and jitter-free motor start-up. iCS-2435 from Leadshine is a 3.5 N·m NEMA 24 stepper motor with integrated driver. Standard pulse and direction (or CW/CCW) input.
iCS series is stepper motor integrated 14-bit incremental magnetic encoder and drive to solve the loss of step problems in open loop stepper control systems, thus increase system reliability at minimal cost increase. It implements advanced control algorithm of Leadshine based on its tens of years’ experience in stepper and servo controls. At very compact size and with all components integrated, the iCS can save mounting space, eliminate encoder connection & motor wiring time, reduce interference, and cut/reduce cable and labor costs. The drive of the iCS-2435 can drive the stepper motor with high precision, smooth movement, and extra low noise at low speed movement with no obvious resonance area.

Leadshine already loads default current-loop parameters for the iCS-2435 Those default parameter values have been optimized. They should be good enough for most industrial applications, and there is no need to tune them. However, if you want to fine tune the iCS-2435 for best performance for your applications, Leadshine also offers tuning software, ProTuner, which allows you to adjust those current-loop parameters.
