The TYS-440CA Solid State Relay from Conch is a DIN Rail Mounted solid state relay that allows a 4-20 mA signal to be connected across the input. The level of the 4-20 mA signal results in Phase Trigger Control of the Load. A curve is provided on the datasheet showing the relationship between the input current and the Output Percentage load. The load output is rated at 40 A @ 440 VAC. It provides 2000 Vms opto-isolation between input and output.
Comes with a cover to minimize contact with live voltages and is mounted on a heat sink for heat dissipation.
For 50Hz power frequency, please adjust the ADJ pot to its maximum setting. This will prevent the device from turning on when the input signal is less than 4mA.

Condition required Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all documentation and manuals.
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to make a warranty claim Before returning anything, please contact us. Our engineers can often resolve the issue remotely. If a return is required, our team will provide you with a warranty form to include with the goods.
What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.
What's not covered The warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by factors outside our control, including incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or modifications, or any installation or use not recommended by the manufacturer.
